Hey look, a drawing of them that DOESN'T involve one of them chained up and getting tickled.
Decided to work on Neshae's poses like =Dreyfus2006 suggested in my last two critiques. That includes finding new positions for his wings. Drey was right, it would require more energy than it would be worth to hold his wings out like he normally does. So naturally, he would either have them folded over his body to look like a cape or he'd just kind of fold them against his back. Since I draw the former all the time, I went with the latter here. As for what's going on, these two are just enjoying the night together. ANd Neshae knows Jomeiah well enough to know that when her hand gets that close to right under his wings he's gonna get tickled so he's distracting her. Whether or not she was gonna tickle him or just cuddle he doesn't know, but he's not wanting to take a chance right now. XD Originally it was gonna just be them holding each other while looking at the stars but this way looked better. Comments
i think Neashe enjoys being with Jomeiah as they do look like a good couple (just saying

Critiques
It seems to weird to see Jomeiah that...tiny! I never realized how short she was. A little bit more and she'd be ~blue-sclera's size. XP But I'm not just making a comment out of that; there's critique to go with it.
I haven't looked at your Character Height sheet that you posted yet, so I cannot make any valid comment on Jomeiah's height, even though it is believable and I can also understand that there may have been flukes in past pictures with her size too. But Neshae is the victim of this evaluation. As a person in the 6' area myself, I can understand how tall people can look in pictures. He certainly looks tall himself. Unfortunately, he does so in the wrong way. You can't just show he's tall by stretching him as you seem to have done here. It looks alright at a quick glance; but to an artist intrigued with looking at all the elements of this picture (and possibly to some Rayman fans), there are critical flaws in stretching him. Though before I say why, let me state that I'm sure you didn't actually put a box over him and stretch the dimensions; he was drawn this way.
Anyway, take a look at the body part missing from the picture: his feet. I understand why they aren't in the picture, and they shouldn't be at this angle anyway. But picture in your mind the "camera" zooming out so that you do see them. Where are they? On the ground, yes, but what about compared to the rest of his body. At the bottom of this picture is Jomeiah's knee. That means Neshae's feet are still a ways away from the bottom of the picture. See the problem yet?
Now think about where his torso is. How far away from his feet is it? Aha, there we have the problem. But wait! If he had limbs, it would still be the same distance! So what's the matter with having his torso far above his feet? The problem is proportions. Look at Jomeiah; yes, in the end it comes down to her. With the camera zoomed out, we can see that her legs are twice the length of the rest of her body. I'm sure the correct proportion isn't all that far off from that (must be something like 1 and a half), but your's is still too much. If she were to sit on the ground with her legs pulled up to her chest, her knees would be a little over her chin. The highest they should go is the base of her neck at the most.
Back to Neshae; you've positioned his body in comparison with her's. There are two flaws with this; one I will get to later, but the other is that because her legs are too big, his are too big. Raymanians don't exactly have humanoid proportions; compare Rayman to Ly and you'll see that. Neshae's torso should be closer to his feet proportionally than Jomeiah's are (considering height differences, I can't say that they really will be closer, but they should be proportionally); the fact that her legs are too big means that his legs are even more out of proportion. In short, his torso is a bit too high.
Mind you, it isn't the biggest killer of a mistake because Raymanians do seem to have fluidity to where their body parts can be; but take a look at Rayman, and his invisible limbs aren't elevating when he needs to be taller. I'd say his hands are the only thing not bound by gravity to his torso in a specific spot (which is why it is impossible for me to critique their location in this picture, which with limbs would be slightly off). But because Jomeiah is offset, Neshae has become offset too, and therefore the fluidity argument isn't all that strong. My pill's kinda worn out so I'm sorry if some things I say don't exactly fit with other things I've said (I think they do, but I can't guaruntee it). Hope this hasn't been too confusing. But in short, lower his torso.
The torso is our sole focus on this critique, so let's move on to its next issue. If you look at Rayman's torso, it is a sort of egg shape; not exactly, but very similar. This might just be your style (though I hope it isn't, because that's the worst excuse an artist can give to a critiquer), but Neshae's torso looks more like a log. Not only does that contribute to the whole "stretched" appearance, but it isn't believable. From the way it is now, Jomeiah could literally get her entire upper limb all the way around his chest.
The solution to this is easy; observe Rayman's torso a bit more, and make it bigger to fit Neshae's size. More upwards than forwards (I don't want to give Neshae an over-all appearance of "big"), but not so that he looks like a log. His stomach should still poke out a bit (considering he doesn't exercise--not that I know of, anyway--and considering he has a taste for junk food, I'd doubt it would be the chest poking out), but just enough to give him a teardrop shape. He should be more oval than rectangle, not a rectangle with rounded edges. Neshae is not a stick.
The third issue is the one I alluded to earlier, and involves his torso in comparison with Jomeiah. At the moment, you have its beginning and its end at the same spots as her's. Unless you are suggesting she is the same height as him, that needs to be different. If Jomeiah is shorter than him, her legs should not be the same length as his; they should be shorter. Therefore, her waist should be lower than his, especially because one of her legs is bent (I'm assuming on a rock or tree root or something). Also, because Neshae is taller, his chest should be higher than her's. On top of that, you cannot argue that she has "pulled his chest down" (which would be ludicrous because it's too high already) because it should still be bigger than her's. Compare a taller person with a shorter person and you shall always find that the taller person's torso is taller than the shorter person's. The only reason I'm seeing why the bottom of Jomeiah's neck is lower than Neshae's is because she's leaning her chest at an angle, which would mean that it's even taller than it appears.
Placing the torsos is something which at first may seem appropriate to help with proportions, but it is actually a deceitful mistake. If a person is shorter their legs will be shorter, therefore their body will be positioned lower. No quick fix with this issue, you'll just have to remember not to do it in the future.
And there we transition to the final issue to tackle: Neshae's neck. I understand he is taller, and therefore his head should be higher than Jomeiah's; but because of all these problems with proportions and torso placement, it follows that his head is also misplaced. If all the other issues were to be fixed, Jomeiah's head would be lower than it is now, as would at least the bottom of Neshae's torso. From how I've seen Rayman move in the games, I think we can infer that his head is not independent from his torso unless one or the other is moved manually by his hands. So there is no reason for Neshae's head to be so far from his torso. Think about it; even as things stand, it is too high. If we were to ignore all the other problems with proportions, Jomeiah's head would be completely between his chest and head. Can you fit your head completely between a person's chest and head? Is Neshae's neck really that long? In drawings that follow, will you always place Neshae's head that far away from his torso? Ever seen those people with all those rings around their necks, to the point where it caused their necks to stretch? If Neshae had a neck, that's what it would look like. The only parts of his body that should be able to be an abnormal distance from his torso are his hands and arguably his feet (because there was of course that shoe racing in Rayman 3).
Background is weak still, but once again it isn't a major part of the picture. All the same, I'd recommend putting a little more effort into them. Practice doing only scenery now and then. Also practice shading; I know you can do better.
Originality is really taking a blow with all these pictures of Neshae and Jomeiah having their "moments of romance." Try to do some different stuff. Impact is also taking a blow with all these repetitions. It just doesn't mean as much anymore. However, Vision gets a high score because you did in the end accomplish what you set out to do.
